ISO certification

Skřivánek s.r.o. was one of the first in its field in the Czech Republic to implement a Quality management system according to the EN ISO 9001 standard in 2002. In 2011 we successfully implemented an environmental management system according to the EN ISO 14001 standard.
 
We are fully aware of the risks posed by all our activities during our work with information. For this reason we also decided to implement an information security management system according to the ČSN ISO/IEC 27001 standard in 2012 in order to protect information against destruction, theft or misuse.

We wish to establish credibility and the ability to effectively protect information about property belonging to us and our business partners, employees, the public and state administration and the general public in compliance with the legislation and our security regulations.

Our company was successfully certified according to the ČSN ISO/IEC 27001 standard in October 2012.

Our company is also the holder of EN 15038 professional certification specific for the translation industry, which specifies the requirements for the process of translation and all related aspects, including demonstrating quality and traceability. We are a registered supplier of translations for the European Union (CCR CZE-23379).

Skřivánek is an accredited test centre for Pearson Tests of English examinations and is certified as a company preparing students for Cambridge ESOL Examinations. In December 2011 we obtained the official status of ETS (Educational Testing Service) test centre, which authorises us to organise certified language tests developed by the ETS Global Company.
