The Skřivánek Smarties Preschool offers a bilingual family environment and rich programme in Czech and in English for children from 2 to 7 years old. A bilingual environment ensures that children encounter two languages naturally from their early childhood and learn both of them easily.

Skřivánek, a company focused on the provision of language services, has been operating on the Czech market since 1994. During its long existence, Skřivánek has gained considerable experience in teaching languages to pre-school children.

Education

Teachers collaborate closely with parents and create a friendly family environment in the day-care centre. Every day they inform parents about the past day, they communicate with them by e-mail, and all members of the day-care centre team meet parents on various occasions.

Food

Meals for children are provided by Bionea – zařízení školního stravování s.r.o. Certified organic food is used for the preparation of meals which are flavoured solely with natural organic products, sea salt and herbs.
A variable and wholesome diet is very important for a child's development, and therefore we believe that selecting a provider of fresh, quality and hygienic food will also contribute to the good health of our children.

Opeing hours

The Preschool is open on weekdays from 7.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. The programme for children starts at 9 a.m.
We prepare joint themed afternoons or days, trips and relaxation stays for children and parents.
We motivate parents to collaborate in the school process. We welcome new ideas or active assistance during accompanying events.
